Shipping Policy
Dispatch Schedule
All orders dispatched once a month during the first week of each calendar month.
Orders placed after the 15th of each month, will be shipped the following month.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days via Royal Mail or courier.
Delivery times may vary due to seasonal delays or postal disruption.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
A parcel is considered "lost" after 10 working days from dispatch (Royal Mail guidance).

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@midnightprairie.co.uk within 48 hours with your order number - and photos showing the damage.
