Refund policy

All sales are final

Due to the nature of our products (curated mystery boxes), returns, refunds and exchanges are not offered, except in exceptional circumstances such as the item arriving damaged or missing.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that each box contains a curated selection of surprise items and is purchased at your own discretion.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at oops@midnightprairie.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the packaging and item

• a description of the issue

We reserve the right to assess whether a refund or replacement is eligible.

We do not accept returns for:

• change of mind

• liking/disliking an item or items

• duplicate items you may already own

• items used, opened, or altered after delivery

Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer cannot be refunded.
